H John Voorhees III/Hearst Connecticut Media DANBURY — A city man is facing an animal cruelty charge for allegedly punching and killing a puppy earlier this year, according to police. Stephen Siguenza, 30, turned himself in to police March 9, on an active arrest warrant stemming from an investigation into the January death of a 3-month-old miniature goldendoodle, according to Danbury's public information specialist, Erin Henry.
