St. Gregory the Great School, Great Plain Road, Danbury, Conn., Monday, May 26, 2015.File photo / Carol Kaliff / Hearst Connecticut MediaDANBURY — St. Gregory the Great School was placed on a brief lockdown Tuesday at about 2:30 p.m. after police said they received a call about an 'agitated man with a gun' in the area.Responding to 110 Great Plain Road, officers quickly realized the man was on his own property and legally carrying a firearm for protection after spotting a bear in his yard, according to a statement sent by the Danbury Police Department.
